  • All classes are scheduled in the Lower Level of the facility. Classes scheduled in the Upper Level are indicated (UL).
  • Please note, upper level accessible by stairs only.
  • All classes are scheduled for ONE HOUR and usually run for 8 weeks unless otherwise noted.
