T-Shirt Inventory

We need a volunteer to help with a small project of inventory of our PCOTC T-shirts. We need the number of each t-shirts by size but also make sure they are neatly folded and consolidated into as few storage containers as possible. These containers should be labeled with what is in them and the number of T-shirts. If interested, please contact pcotcvolunteering@gmail.com

AKC Rally - 7/26/2025

We have an upcoming Rally trial on 7/26. We are in need of volunteers to help set-up on 7/25 and help the event run smoothly (stewards, grounds, hospitality). No experience required! We will train you!

AKC Obedience Trial -7/27/2025

We have an upcoming Obedience trial on 7/27. We are in need of volunteers to help steward, work the event, and hospitality. Volunteers will be needed at the end of the trial to help break-down equipment. Experience required.

Instagram Account Volunteer

PCOTC is leveling up on the social media front. We now have an instagram account! We are looking for volunteers that are insta-savvy, visual storytellers, photographers, content creators, and/or videographers to create posts and stories for our account. Please help increase our social media presence!

Class Assistant Needed!!

We are need of a class assistant for Nosework 1 or 2 on Sundays to help with setting up and putting away material. This is a great way watch other dogs work and to continue learning about this sport. Ideally, taking one nosework class is required for this position.

Nosework Volunteer Coordinator

We are looking for someone or someones to take on the role of a volunteer coordinator for our nosework trials and ORTs. This will include finding volunteers and making sure all positions are filled to ensure a smooth trial. It is very important that the coordinator is available to attend the trials they are in charge with.

Class Assistants

The class assistant’s role will be to help set up and take down any equipment or ring gates, help direct flow of students in between classes, relay student questions to the instructor, disinfect the training area in between classes, and other duties requested by the instructor. It is important to note that assistants should not be instructing students. The assistant receives volunteer hours and the opportunity to learn.

  • Class assistants may not enter the club facility prior to the instructor.

  • Class assistants must have taken at least 1 class at the club prior to becoming a class assistant

If you do not have a particular class that you would like to volunteer for or you are having trouble finding an instructor who needs assistance, please send the following information:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The discipline for which you wish to assist (Family Manners, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Scent Work)

  • A particular instructors with whom you wish to work – if any

  • Days/times available

  • A brief statement of your interest

Class assistants are needed each session. You may submit your request at any time. If no further class assistants are needed for the current session, we will reach out to you regarding future sessions.
