REGISTRATION FOR OUR MAY-JUNE SESSION WILL OPEN AS FOLLOWS:

APRIL 22ND AT 8:00 A.M. FOR VOLUNTEER MEMBERS
APRIL 23RD AT 12 NOON FOR GENERAL MEMBERS AND PUBLIC
REGISTRATION FOR MAY-JUNE CLASSES CLOSES ON MAY 3RD AT 12 MIDNIGHT AND OUR JUNE-ONLY CLASSES CLOSE ON MAY 30TH

May-June Class Schedule

If you add yourself to the waitlist for a class & a spot opens, you will be enrolled in the class and emailed an invoice. Please log into your account and pay the balance if you still want to take the class. If you no longer want the class, email registration@pcotc.org & you will be dropped from the class.

  • If you are experiencing issues registering, please be sure to log out of the site, clear your search history & cookies, close your browser, and start over. If this does not rectify the issue, contact registration at registration@pcotc.org for assistance. *Please include the exact class title/day of week/time of class/instructor name/your dog's name in all emails requesting technical assistance once registration has opened. We need all of this information before we can help you. We cannot see the classes pending in your cart.*

Class Policies and Procedures

  • Internet Explorer is the browser most likely to cause glitches in the registration process with the platform of their service. If you experience errors using this browser, switch to a different browser.

  • For volunteer members, please remember that you must register for all your classes in the same transaction in order to receive a multi-class discount. The discount cannot be applied to classes running for 4 or less weeks.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES?

  • Click the red Register Online Here button

  • Click Login at the top of the screen in the red banner (returning students can log in and register for classes)

  • New Students: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Create New Account

  • Follow the prompts to set up the account

If online registration is OPEN, log into your account, select classes, and self register.

If online registration is CLOSED, contact the Volunteer Registration Team (registration@pcotc.orgafter setting up your account. IF YOU CONTACT REGISTRATION BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS, PLEASE BE SURE TO LIST THE NAME OF THE CLASS, DAY OF THE WEEK/TIME OF CLASS, AND DOG’S NAME. WE CANNOT SEE WHAT CLASSES ARE PENDING IN YOUR SHOPPING CART.

  • After logging into the registration site, Volunteer Member Fees are not listed on the main class listing page; you must click on the “register now” button to see volunteer member pricing. Please Note:

  • Class participation may require that your dog be crated at times when not working. PCOTC provides crates for your use or you may bring your own. If you have questions about crating please contact the instructor or training director.

  • No electronic collars or flexi-leads are allowed in our facility. PCOTC advocates positive reinforcement.

Existing PCOTC Volunteer Member with a New Puppy/Dog?

To receive volunteer pricing, create an account for your new puppy/dog and have it activated by the Registrar team prior to registering for classes by emailing: registration@pcotc.org
